How long will the order take?

Turnaround times vary according to the size of your order and how many items you are ordering but an average order for invites has a 2-3 week turnaround time from the date of proof sign off. Express delivery of one week is available for an extra fee should you need your stationery urgently.
Bespoke designs may take longer but please enquire further about this. If you opt for one of the Ready to Write collections then these can be posted out to you as soon as payment has been made.

What are the benefits of the ‘Ready to Write’ invites?

These are always in stock so can be sent out as soon as payment has been made. So if you are short of time then these are perfect for you. These are also Heart Invites cheapest invites due to there being no design/personalisation fees so they are ideal for brides on a budget. See the Ready to Write collection here.

What changes can I make to the off-the-peg designs on the website?

All text and colours on the majority of the designs can be amended free of charge, as well as any minor amends to the layout. Anything more than this may incur a small design fee so please enquire further should you have bigger amends you would like to make!

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a minimum order of 20 units for Invites, Save the Dates, Place Cards and Thank Your Cards due to the set-up
costs and time taken.

How do I let you know what I want written in my invitations?

Please email all content over to [email protected] or by using the contact form. If you are unsure of what to include please check out the ordering guide.

Will I see a proof before my order goes to print?

Most definitely. Once your invite content has been received and your proof created this is emailed over to you for approval prior to printing. You then have the chance to make any necessary amends.

What happens if I run out of invitations?

I would always recommend order an extra 5 invites to allow for any errors when writing these out or for the possibility of missing guests, but should you need to order some extras, providing there are no changes to be made they will be printed for the same price as your initial order.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. Unpersonalised samples, in the standard colours can be sent out free of charge for you to check the print and paper quality. However, any personalised, samples with colour or text changes will be charged at £2.99 each to be printed and posted to you.

Can all of the stationery on the website be printed from home?

Any of the stationery items can be bought as print from home files but the Concertina style invites will not print on a standard A4 printer so should you wish to purchase these files they would need to be printed on an A3 printer or bigger.

How does the ‘Print from Home’ service work?

Print from home stationery is individually quoted for so please get in touch for a quote at [email protected] There are big savings to be made particularly for those who need a lot of stationery as you can use the print file to print as many as you want. A high resolution print file is supplied for each stationery item fitting as many of each item onto an A4 sheet as possible to get the most out of your paper. What is the postage fee?

A standard order will have a postage charge of £4.99, and a large order £7.99 for all orders within the UK. Standard postage fees for magnet orders are £7.99 due to their weight. Postage for any orders outside of the UK will be individually estimated.
