How long will the order take?
Turnaround times vary according to the size of your order and how many items you are ordering but an average order for invites has a 1-2 week turnaround time from the date of proof sign off. Express delivery for within a week is available for an extra fee should you need your stationery urgently.
Bespoke designs may take longer but please enquire further about this. If you opt for one of the Ready to Write collections then these can be posted out to you as soon as payment has been made.
What changes can I make to the off-the-peg designs on the website?
All text and colours on the majority of the designs can be amended free of charge, as well as any minor amends to the layout. Anything more than this may incur a small design fee so please enquire further should you have bigger amends you would like to make!
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of 20 units for Invites, Save the Dates, Place Cards and Thank Your Cards due to the set-up costs and time taken.
How do I let you know what I want written in my invitations?
Please email all content over to info@heartinvites.com or by using the contact form.
Will I see a proof before my order goes to print?
Most definitely. Once your invite content has been received and your proof created this is emailed over to you for approval prior to printing. You then have the chance to make any necessary amends.
What happens if I run out of invitations?
I would always recommend order an extra 5 invites to allow for any errors when writing these out or for the possibility of missing guests, but should you need to order some extras, providing there are no changes to be made they will be printed for the same price as your initial order.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Unpersonalised samples, in the standard colours can be order via the Order Sample Page for you to check the print and paper quality. For personalised samples with colour changes please email me.
How does the ‘Print your own’ service work?
Please see the ‘Print your own’ price list here. Each item ordered is fully personalised for you prior to the supply of a high resolution print file for each stationery item ordered. You are then free to print as many as you wish wherever you wish, be that at home, or a local or online printers.
Please note that large items such as table plans and concertina invites will not print on a standard home printer.
Advice on paper stock and printing can be given should you need it so please do not hesitate to ask!
What is the postage fee?
A standard order will have a postage charge of £4.99, and a medium order £7.99 or large order £9.99 (A2/A1 table plans) for all orders within the UK. Special delivery requests such as a next day delivery would be charged accordingly. Postage for any orders outside of the UK will be individually estimated.

What paper stock is the stationery printed on?
All invite and prints are printed on 350gsm Colour Copy with a semi-gloss finish, a matt 400gsm or 260gsm textured zeta linen stock can be requested for an additional fee. Table Plans are mounted on a 5mm thick foam board if ordering a mounted one.
Do you offer different print finishes?
I can offer gold foiling and other print finishes at an additional cost. These will be quoted for on request.
